  1. ANARCHY is a cross between Othello and Life. 
  2. The object is make the pattern into a single 
  3. color using the fewest number of moves. These
  4. networks consist of icons connected to each 
  5. other by colored arrows. Each icon is one of 
  6. 3 colors and sends its color to neighboring 
  7. icons in the network. If only one color comes
  8. into a icon, it takes that color. If two 
  9. colors come in, ey cancel and the icon 
  10. assumes the third color.
